I have same question......if for example as above someone changes to SAP....what should be done in terms of notification to USCIS..?
Do we just go ahead and join the new job / consulting firm and get a letter from them to match the O*NET code or description as above...?
if you don't inform in advance and incase your old employer inform them , who will get REF..... everthing seems unclear to me as far AC21 is concern...

My opinion:
Well, can the Java Programmer walk the ramp and pull it off like a professional model? Their work is a lot harder than it appears on the outside taking into account the success rate among models. Considering that even school kids can write excellent java programs, if we still want to consider the Java programmer as "highly skilled", then so are models.
Giselle Bundchen is worth half a billion dollars or somewhere in that range.
Btw, I am in the programming line myself in case someone thinks I have a problem with programmers. But I wouldn't mind swapping places with a successful model ;)
I agree with you . Their job is some ways is a lot tougher than us IT folks. If any of us loses their job there are 100's standing behind to take the place but it is quite a task to replace a well known successful experienced model.
( And imagine the restrictions on food , regular gym , maintaining figure , lots of travel .. )

I applied for AP for primary and secondary applicants on 09/17 at TSC (RD 09/24). Online update showed that AP for Primary applicant has been approved, but the secondary still shows under review. Today I received approved AP for the Primary applicant in mail, but nothing for secondary applicant yet. Why TSC is not approving both the APs at the same time? Last time, I got the both at the same time. Any idea or guidance please.....

When we sent cancel letter for ITIN,got a reply confirmation from IRS saying us to use ssn# for federal tax filing and we have revoked your ITIN..

Yes, you are correct. They just need copies at the time of application, they can ask for originals if needed later if there is an interview. But yes, still I got my orginials in courier.

The letter does not say anything. It just says that your I-485 is denied.

Why don't you take an Info-Pass and check with an immigration officer? In case of GC approved but yet to be received at your end, there is a possibility that they can stamp your passport with temporary GC (I-551 i think) for urgent travel.

I am a July 2007 filer and he expects an RFE for employment verification on my case.
I am july 07 filer and I got RFE for EVL and that should be on companys letter head and a copy of it with job description and offer for full time with salary. (In fact I have sent AC21 through attorney)

You can also go to your local immigration office and talk to an IO in person and show him all the proofs and press release from USCIS website.
They will be able to pull up your case and update the system with the details and make it as acceptable.

I dont feel that its a cosmetic change, while I agree that it can lead to some confusion. But there are orgs which have done it succesfully in the past. I thought it might give a better chance for us to give every one an idea abt what we are doing without getting on here or not coming her on to the website thingking "yet another org working for illegals"

What type of camera are you looking for?
Point-and-shoot or a dSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex).
The Sony Cybershoot is just your average P&S camera, small, light and compact.
A dSLR for example, like the Nikon D40 or the Canon EOS 350D are dSLR type and are much bigger in size but deliver alot higher quality images.

I am sort of category 4. BUT want to change jobs after 6 months of filing 485 and want to continue on H1 despite having EAD so that I can get my future spouse on H4. (then add/file her 485 when dates become current)
If I change to a new employer after 6 months (NOT on EAD but on H1b transfer):
1. Will my 485 remain in good standing? Will still need support form the ex-employer? I hope not and 485 receipt notice will suffice.
2. Can I get 3 yr extension of H1b from the new employer (as I have I-140 copy).

These calls with Ombudsman are important because they are attended by USCS and probably other officials from DHS. It is a time to talk about policy matters, recommendations, response of these recommendations from USCIS, and delays in their implementation. That can help bring positive changes for everyone rather than questions about individual cases. Just my opinion.
I do not doubt that these calls serve a purpose. What I am not very happy about is what transpires after the call. I look for some kind of gratification or closure after a certain issue has been raised. When we participate in such calls with Ombudsman, and even when individuals focus on their own issues, it would not be too difficult to identify some of the generic problems. From the calls this time and the past one, I would be surprised it they did not see customer service and processing times as major issues. Not to say these are high priority problems but that most likely would be the summary of two calls.
But, what happens after that? We do not see what procedures are in place/discussions to rectify these problems.

Yes, that is partially true. But then again they have to prepare identical set of documents, paperwork for both of us - so they are charging for the amount they invest in that.
What is the lawyer charging you for your wife's application for?? If I am not mistaken all they have to do is add your wife's information alongwith your filing stating you are married and show a copy of marriage certificate as proof. Am I right here people?

I didn't research all this. My good old INS doctor just gave only one. Anybody need doctor's details, PM me. This is only a free service. Nice elderly American

lets take i got MMR for my primary just two days back...then how can the clinic give me another dose within 2 days?? they cant and they SHOULD NOT. Yes they can do one thing..ask the person to bring proof of next shot the following month.
Well i feel the blood report might say something of that sort...just guessing!!

same rules apply to medical center. If you donot have MMR how can they give one shot and then give the medical report when another dose is pending next month.

since I have lot of reds ..I will post less frequently ...but my view is that we need several campaigns and mass participation !!
so in addition to lobbying efforts ..we probably need letter or flower campaign ..for letter, we need to send it to media or congress too ..
I had another less expensive and local idea ..but it need mass participation ...it is as simple as meeting your local realtors ..show interest in buying a house, show deep interest (even if you are a home owner) and then back out at the last moment ..saying that you were expecting GC this summer but it has been delayed due to visa wastage ..and hence you are backing out
who knows the NAR and Yun may start talking about faster GC's !!!
(remember simplicity works ..thats how Newton discovered the laws of physics !!)

Please do not listen to anyone telling you that you can not do such-and-such just because you have filed I-485 application. In general, most of the times it is company attorney filing your I-485 and just asking you to sign the document at the mark placed and some candidates do not even bother to take a copy of the forms that they will be signing. If you have already taken a copy of your I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (travel document/AP), please confirm the next. Most of the times, the attorney puts the business address of the law firm as the address where USCIS should mail-in the EAD card. For AP, you may find your address.
Now coming back to original question, you will have to fill form AR-11 and send it to USCIS. I am not sure if you have to send more than one copies of that to USCIS (one for your H1B and one for your AOS when you get the receipt number) so it will be on file with USCIS. By law, it is a must that you provide your proper address change info to USCIS.
