Maximum 6 entries are allowed each year under AP, as per a 1998 circular of DHS. You may have to be careful.

I got EAD cards at my new address, but no FP notice yet. Have I missed that or USCIS might not have sent it yet?

Call USCIS and find out. As per my knowledge, USCIS does not update it online once they send out the FP notice.

Hi company A applied for my H1 in april 1st week.
they have got 2 rfe so far and now i am not interested in working with them(they also dont seem interested in replying to the 2nd rfe)
Another company is interested in filing my h1b.
what is the safest way to go about doing this.
should i let company B know that i filed with company A before.
Also will there be any problem in getting H1b approved because of my earlier filing
There should not be a problem in getting the H-1B approved by Co. B, assuming you and the position meet all the H-1B requirements. Just because there was a prior petition filed for you should not have a negative impact. You need to let Co. B know about the earlier filing, because there are some questions on the I-129 that might require them to provide information about the first filing.

I think you should be fine. Apart from this scenario on the other extreme you could start working for the new company with just the receipt number as well. You dont need to wait for the approval to start working for the new company.

This appears to be more relavant given the need for rejuvenating the state chapters. Why not we have this as simple links on the main page itself and make it damn easy to join the chapter. The most important thing to do is to have the members join the chapters and have the contact numbers. Once these are there the IV state chapters could follow up and get the activities rolling with these members.
Bottom line: Have the state chapter joining links on the main page and have it simplified for the members to join very easily ( kind of taking the name, contact number and email and nothing more) later the chapter core could get in touch with them and get the complete profile. A kind of marketing gimmick.

I'm in H1B visa and my visa was valid until 26th October , 2012. Recently, I went Bangladesh and US embassy stamped visa until October 23, 2011. When I returned US, Immigration office issued me I-94 validity until September 23, 2011. Now how long I can stay in US?? Do I need to apply for H1B visa extension or I will go to Canada or Mexico to apply for new visa or if I go to Canada or Mexico and return back, they will issue me a new I-94 until Sep/Oct 2012. Any one please suggest what should I do?

For EB3 case, after receiving the approval for I 140, I know that we have to wait till DOL Proiority Date is current to be able to file for I485.
If we decide to receive the green card in any consulars overseas, can we just go ahead and file the I485 after getting the I140 approval? (without waiting for PD to be current):

Hi,
I filed my 485 on July 5, 2007 at NSC and got my receipt number yesterday. I sent my wifes 485/765/131 on July 24, 2007 to NSC. She is on H4 currently. TOday i got my wifes receipt numbers for all 3. But to my surprise the receipt numbers were given by TSC instead of NSC.
FYI my 140 is pending with NSC.
I am just wondering if this will be a problem? Any one had been through similar situation?
